MTG Pod Stats provides a web-based platform for tracking and analyzing Magic: The Gathering Commander games. The Service allows users to create playgroups ("Pods"), log games, and view statistics.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
