1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MTG Pod Stats ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MTG Pod Stats provides:

  • Automation to generate personalized Google Sheets and Forms

  • A web application to create Pods

  • A structured system for tracking Commander (EDH) gameplay

  • Optional analytics tools and optional donation handling

This Service is provided “as-is.”

3. Pod Ownership & Access

  • Each Pod is created inside your Google Drive (Sheets, Forms, Folders).

  • You control who can view or edit your Pod.

  • MTG Pod Stats maintains a lightweight internal registry for system management.

3.1 Right to Modify or Revoke Access

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Limit access

  • Disable a Pod

  • Remove a Pod from the registry

  • Block malicious, abusive, illegal, or automated behavior

No refunds are available for Pods disabled due to misuse.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Not input harmful, illegal, or malicious content

  • Not use the system for harassment, spam, or automated scraping

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the automation

  • Not upload confidential or sensitive information into the system

You are solely responsible for content you and your Pod members submit.

5. Donations

  • Donations are optional

  • Donations are final and non-refundable

  • Donations grant no special privileges, ownership rights, or warranties

  • ​

6. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy of data

  • Availability

  • Compatibility

  • Security or error-free execution

You agree that MTG Pod Stats is not liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Errors in Sheets, Forms, or analytics

  • Misuse of your Pod’s data

  • Issues arising from Google services or outages

  • Unauthorized access caused by your own account permissions

  • Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

7. Future Pricing & Changes

MTG Pod Stats is currently offered for free, but:

  • We may introduce premium features

  • We may require a subscription in the future

  • Free Pods may become limited or pay-walled at our discretion

By using the Service, you acknowledge this possibility.

8. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Abuse

  • Security concerns

  • Non-compliance with these Terms

Users may also delete their Pods and stop using the Service anytime.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
The updated version will appear on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
